Kimberley Anne Mathers, the 51-year-old ex-wife of rapper Eminem, pleaded no contest Monday in connection with an alleged hit-and-run crash in New Baltimore.
Mathers entered the plea in the 42-2 District Court on Monday, May 11, after being charged over a crash that police say happened on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026. Authorities said she was driving a white Range Rover when it struck a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck parked on a street, pushing the truck approximately 50 feet from where it had been parked.
Mathers pleaded no contest to operating while impaired and to failing to report an accident. The case centers on allegations that she was impaired at the time of the crash, and the plea moves it toward sentencing in the coming weeks.
She is scheduled for a sentencing hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 9 a.m. in the same court. That hearing will determine the next step in a case that has already placed a familiar name back in court on charges tied to an alleged traffic collision and the decision not to report it.
