Powerball Winning Numbers: May 11 Drawing Puts Jackpot at $57 Million

0 min read

The jackpot climbed to $57 million, with a cash value of $25.7 million, ahead of the Monday, May 11, drawing. The winning numbers were 24, 30, 37, 56 and 64, and the Powerball was 7.

The Power Play multiplier was 3x. Powerball has been hit almost 200 times since it began in 1992, and there have been seven jackpot winners this year who have taken home more than $850 million in winnings.

The latest jackpot was split on May 2, when two winners in Texas and Florida shared a $20 million prize. That sets up the game’s next drawing as part of a run that has already delivered multiple big payouts this year.

Powerball tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Five states do not offer the game: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah. Drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights, and players can add Power Play for $1 for a chance at multipliers of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x. To win the jackpot, a ticket must match all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball.

For players tracking powerball winning numbers, the May 11 result left the jackpot in motion rather than settled, with another drawing calendar quickly taking over the spotlight.
