is preparing to mark the one-year anniversary of , the science-backed skincare brand she launched with a three-piece foundational set and two new launches already in the pipeline. The entrepreneur and podcast host said the brand is still being built with the same ingredients-first approach that shaped it from the start, even as she looks beyond beauty and into wellness.

“Our goal is to continue expanding our product range intentionally: Ingredients and storytelling remain central to our identity, and that won’t change,” James said. She added that Reframe already includes a daily brightening serum, a facial sculpting cream and an overnight collagen seal, and said the line’s next stage is about measured growth rather than speed.

That timeline matters because James is doing it while balancing a packed family and work schedule during the . She said her days include meetings, warehouse visits, podcast recording and games to support , , and Zhuri, who she said is “dominating the volleyball court.”

“No two days are alike, but I’m a creature of habit and deeply value routine,” James said, describing a life that moves from business to family obligations without much pause. That tension between scale and restraint is part of what defines Reframe right now. James said the brand has two new launches in the works and sees room to venture into wellness, but she is also clear that the products will continue to be guided by the same logic that brought Reframe to this point: keep the line focused, keep the message clear and keep the ingredients at the center.

James also shared the personal items and preferences that have become part of her routine. She said a great power suit has creative versatility and “commands a certain energy,” adding that she recently enjoyed Chronicles of Ori by Harmonia Rosales, whom she called a close friend. Her beauty staple this year has been Dior Rouge Trafalgar, which she described as her go-to base, and one of her most meaningful accessories is a bracelet from in Beverly Hills custom-made from her children’s actual heart rhythms.

She also pointed to two Reframe products she reaches for most often: the Compression Complex and the Circadian Cream. The first includes peach gum and spirulina maxima, while the second works overnight, fitting neatly into the routine James says keeps her grounded. The interview was part of a shop-with-me style feature focused on what fuels notable figures, and in James’ case the answer is simple: structure, family and a brand that is still just getting started.
